All vehicles are carefully inspected prior to acceptance for sale and are presented with a 19-point checklist showing the results of our inspection, including the percentage of brake linings remaining on the vehicle.

A large percentage of our cars are 1-owner new car trade-ins. We generally avoid the commonly-found used rental cars as they usually do not meet our standards for condition and quality, and we do not usually buy vehicles from dealer auctions. We have relationships with many new car dealers whereby we purchase their best trade-ins, do any minor reconditioning required, and sell them at a low markup, often considerably below their retail market value. This strategy, along with our people and our no-pressure approach, is the secret to our success and to our extremely high repeat-customer and referral rate.
